Please come in with clean, make-up free eyes. Please avoid caffeine intake at least 4 hours before your session.
How long does the application process last?
A full set of lash extensions can take 2-3 hours depending on the style, while fills typically take 45 minutes to an hour.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Avoid wetting your lash extensions for the first 6-8 hours after application. Avoid oil-based cleansers, skincare and makeup products, as oils can break down the lash glue. For more information, refer to our Aftercare page.
How long do lash extensions last?
Lash extensions can last up to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.
How often should I get extension refills?
In order to maintain a full look, lash extensions should be refilled every 2-3 weeks.
Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?
Yes, however it is best to avoid all oil-based facial cleansers, toners, makeup removers, creams, etc.

A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes for a fuller, more defined look without the need for extensions.
Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?
No, when done correctly and with proper aftercare, a lash lift will not damage your natural lashes.

A lash lift typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine.
How do I care for my lashes after a lash lift?
Avoid water, steam, and makeup for the first 24 hours. After that, you can resume your normal skincare routine but avoid oil-based products near your lashes.

Avoid getting your brows wet, using makeup, or applying oil-based products for the first 24 hours. After that, brush your brows daily and avoid harsh products.
How often can I get brow lamination?
It’s recommended to wait at least 6 weeks between treatments to allow your natural brow hairs to grow and recover.
