How do I prepare for my appointment?

Please come in with clean, make-up free eyes. Please avoid caffeine intake at least 4 hours before your session.

How long does the application process last?

A full set of lash extensions can take 2-3 hours depending on the style, while fills typically take 45 minutes to an hour.

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Avoid wetting your lash extensions for the first 6-8 hours after application. Avoid oil-based cleansers, skincare and makeup products, as oils can break down the lash glue. For more information, refer to our Aftercare page.

How long do lash extensions last?

Lash extensions can last up to 4 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle.

How often should I get extension refills?

In order to maintain a full look, lash extensions should be refilled every 2-3 weeks.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, however it is best to avoid all oil-based facial cleansers, toners, makeup removers, creams, etc.

What is a lash lift?

A lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls and lifts your natural lashes for a fuller, more defined look without the need for extensions.

Will a lash lift damage my natural lashes?

No, when done correctly and with proper aftercare, a lash lift will not damage your natural lashes.

How long does a lash lift last?

A lash lift typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on your natural lash cycle and aftercare routine.

How do I care for my lashes after a lash lift?

Avoid water, steam, and makeup for the first 24 hours. After that, you can resume your normal skincare routine but avoid oil-based products near your lashes.

How long does a lash lift appointment take?

The appointment usually takes 45 minutes to an hour, depending on the condition of your natural lashes.

What is a brow lamination?

Brow lamination is a treatment that smooths, lifts, and sets the brow hairs in place, giving them a fuller, more defined appearance.

Will brow lamination damage my brows?

When done correctly, brow lamination should not damage your brows. It’s important to follow aftercare instructions to keep your brows healthy.

How long does brow lamination last?

Brow lamination typically lasts 6–8 weeks, depending on your hair growth cycle and aftercare routine.

How do I prepare for my brow lamination appointment?

Arrive with clean, makeup-free brows, and avoid using exfoliants or retinoids around your brow area for at least 48 hours before the appointment.

How do I care for my brows after brow lamination?

Avoid getting your brows wet, using makeup, or applying oil-based products for the first 24 hours. After that, brush your brows daily and avoid harsh products.

How often can I get brow lamination?

It’s recommended to wait at least 6 weeks between treatments to allow your natural brow hairs to grow and recover.
